Author POV :-

As the car sped through the city streets, Rajveer cradled Abhira's unconscious body in his arms, his heart racing with fear. His voice, usually calm and composed, was now edged with desperation as he urged Gaurav to drive faster.

The sight of Abhira's pale face and the blood seeping through her clothes filled him with a sense of helplessness he had never known before.

"Stay with me, Abhira. Please," Rajveer whispered, his eyes glistening with unshed tears.

Just then, with great effort , abhira lips moved and in a weak voice, she muttured "mister phattar Dil rajveer I love you ".

Rajveer, shocked and emotional, looked down at her, his heart swelling with a mix of fear and joy.

As he clung to her, he felt an overwhelming surge of love and guilt. "I love you too, Abhira. Please, don't leave me. Please abhira forgive me and I cannot Stay without, Stay with me jaan ," he pleaded, his voice breaking.

And upon hearing rajveer's words, a small faint smile came on abhira face . An later rajveer ordered gaurav to drive fastly to hospital.

They reached the hospital, and doctors quickly took Abhira into the ICU. But when doctors taking abhira in icu rajveer was not ready to leave abhira's hand and gaurav doctor required him to leave but he didn't do gaurav forecly separated abhira's hand from rajveer.

Rajveer, now alone, was overwhelmed by emotions he had kept buried for so long.Rajveer was left standing outside, his hands trembling and his mind reeling.

For the first time in his life, tears streamed down his face as he sank into a chair, burying his face in his hands.

Gaurav, seeing his friend's breakdown, was both shocked and moved.Rajveer, known for his stoic demeanor and unyielding strength, was crying-something Gaurav had never witnessed before.

Seeing rajveer in that state, gaurav went near rajveer and sat beside him by placing his hand on rajveer's shoulder and tried to console him .

"Rajveer, I think it's time you knew the truth," he began, hesitating before revealing the changes he had noticed in Rajveer since Abhira had come into his life. "You've changed, Rajveer. You're not the same man you were before. You've become softer, more compassionate. Abhira has brought out a side of you that none of us have seen. You said that you hate abhira but now you are crying for her and you even said I love to her in cars . Do you accept abhira as your wife? ".

"Yes , i accepted abhira as my wife but it's too late gaurav, i should have accepted her as my wife earlier. She saved my life even though I hurted her and made her life hell by destroying her career, her dreams and her mother Last wife. How can she still love me ? ", rajveer said by looking towards abhira , who was inside the icu and doctors were trying to stop her blood and rajveer watching her from outside the icu .

Just then, Rajveer's parents, Aryan and Preeta, arrived at the hospital, accompanied by his brother Rudransh and sister Aliya.

Upon seeing Aryan and preeta, gaurav stood up from chair. Aryan, preeta, rudransh and Aliya are angry with rajveer which is visible on their facing but they their concern for abhira is dominating in their faces.

But now Aryan is fed up with Rajveer as he got to know about what rajveer did to Abhira through preeta and now Aryan could even kill Rajveer if rajveer wasn't his son .

As rajveer turned back and reached towards them then aryan slapped rajveer hardly, as the sound of slap echoing through out the hospital.

"Papa-----", Rajveer whispered, by placing his hand on his cheek, but Aryan cutted rajveer words.

"Stop it , don't talk with me rajveer, it's enough! . Preeta told me everything what you have done to abhira . How could you do it to her?", Aryan shouted at Rajveer.

"Maa told everything about you , rajveer. How can you even able think about harming a innocent girl like Abhira and how could you forget that she is your wife? ", rudransh questions Rajveer.

But rajveer remained silent, with guilt and inability to defend his actions. Just then Aliya helded rajveer hand and turned him to her side and said " speak some thing bhaiya? How can you do this bhaiya? Once imagine me in the place of abhira , and in future if my husband hurted me and destroyed my career, will you be silent and tolerate it ?", Aliya asked.

Rajveer glanced toward Riya but remained silent. "No , you will not be silent, you may even kill my husband at the next minute when you get to know that my husband me . I used to be proud that I'm your younger sister and used to tell proudly that you are my brother and felt lucky. But now I'm the world unlucky girl as I got you as my elder brother ", Aliya said and pushed rajveer.

Rajveer, already burdened by guilt, tried to explain, "It was a misunderstanding. I never meant to hurt her. I love her, and I'll do anything to make it right." But Preeta, still wary, spoke up, "Rajveer, maybe it's best if you leave. Because of you , now abhira admitted in hospital.Your presence only seems to bring her pain."

At that moment, the doctor emerged, announcing that Abhira was stable but would need to stay in the ICU for observation. The relief was palpable; everyone exhaled in unison, feeling the weight lift slightly from their shoulders.

Rajveer who was standing like a lifeless body, now feel happy and joy and his eyes lightening and with a wide smile on his face and jumping with a happiness and hugged gaurav amd then reached near doctor and thanked them by shaking their hands and hugged them to.

"But abhira is still weak . One member can stay with her and remaining can stay outside the room. One by one can meet abhira but don't disturb her ok!", doctor said and left from there.

As rajveer was about to go inside the room, just then rudransh helded rajveer hand and then collar and pushed rajveer back and away from abhira room and rajveer was about to fall on ground but gaurav safed rajveer.

Rajveer was shocked after realising what was happened.

"Don't go inside. You doesn't have right to see abhira. Stay away from my sister ok!", rudransh shouted at rajveer by showing his concern as a brother to Abhira
