In the midst of Rajveer's life-threatening condition, Abhira's desperate cries filled the air, her hands trembling as she clutched their baby. Rajveer, barely conscious, was losing blood rapidly. Just then, an elderly businessman, Manish Goenka, stepped out of his car and rushed toward them. His eyes widened in shock when he saw Abhira, recognizing her instantly, but more surprising was the sight of her with a baby and Rajveer, who was severely injured.

As Abhira cried and called Rajveer "Puchku" in desperation, her sobs grew more frantic.

"Abhira!" Manish called out, his voice laced with a mixture of surprise and worry. But Abhira, in her panic, ignored him. Her sole focus was on Rajveer, pleading desperately for Manish to save him.

"Please, please help him! He's losing so much blood!" she cried, her voice cracking with emotion. The intensity of her distress struck Manish with fear as he saw the urgency in her eyes.Tears streamed down her face, and her cries pierced through Manish's heart.

He knelt beside Rajveer, observing the deep stab wounds that marred his body.

"What happened?" Manish asked gently, glancing at Abhira.

She wiped her tears with shaky hands. "Goons... at the hospital... they stabbed him," she managed to say between sobs. Manish was troubled by the revelation, realizing that taking Rajveer to a hospital could attract more danger. He hesitated for a moment, then decided, "I'll take him to my home. We'll treat him there, away from prying eyes."

With that, Manish helped carrying Rajveer into his car, with Abhira pressing her hands over his wounds, trying to slow the bleeding. In the back seat, she whispered Rajveer's name over and over, her tears falling on his pale face. As if sensing her desperation, Rajveer's lips parted weakly, and he whispered, "Abhira..." That faint sound brought a glimmer of relief to Abhira, though she knew Rajveer was far from safe.she clung to his voice as though it could keep him alive.

Upon arriving at the Goenka mansion, Manish's wife, Swarna, and his sister-in-law, Surekha, were waiting, their expressions changing from surprise to shock as they saw Abhira walk in, holding the baby while Manish carried Rajveer in his arms.

They both were shocked seeing abhira with a baby and were feeling irritated to see her but they were in dilemma by seeing rajveer as they don't know who rajveer is.

As manish stepped inside the mansion, Swarna and surekha rushed towards him .

"Who is this man? Why you brought this abhira and this unknown man here, bhaiji?", surekha asked to Manish her voice sharp and rude , starring towards abhira.

"It's not time to explain the things, I will explain you both everything afterwards but now you urgently call doctor and tell him to come here, fast", Manish said , desperately trying to save rajveer's life and rushed in a room and placed rajveer gently in the bed and abhira, clutching tha baby, never left rajveer's side and sat beside and ruffling his hair gently whispering his name " puchku wake up , please. I can't live without you . Please wake up puchku ".

Hearing abhira's words and seeing her concern for rajveer, Manish got shocked and many questions was raised in his mind regarding her relationship with rajveer.

As abhira was kneeling beside rajveer, Manish was getting emotional by seeing abhira, his great granddaughter after these many months . But surekha and Swarna were not happy seeing abhira, in this condition and both are confused about rajveer and abhira relationship.

It's still a mystery to them , what happened to abhira after her divorce with her first husband,vihaan shekhwat

Even Manish got to know about Abhira, when she was married to vihaan , her first husband. But betrayal and shekhwats harshness where they uses to torture her with their words and actions and used to blame akshara and abhinav as useless parents, made abhira to leave shekhwats house .

Back to present, Manish couldn't control his happiness that his great granddaughter came back to him , not knowing that she had lost her memory. He gently places his hand on abhira's head and called her name "abhira", gently.

Abhira was shocked by hearing her name from Manish, as she thinks that he is Stanger."how do you know my name? Do you know me grandfather?", Abhira asked innocently, her eyes red and wiping her tears.

"Yes beta I know you . Why you behaving strangely? Don't you remember me? I'm , Manish goenka, your nanu ( grandfather). Are you angry with me ? And who is this man and this baby? Do you know this man?", Manish asked his voice soft

"My grandfather? But I didn't remember you . Puchku said me that I lost my memory. And puchku is my husband, the best husband in the world ", abhira Said to Manish, shocking Manish.

Swarna and surekha who were standing at the entrance of the room, listened to Abhira's answer and got a big shock to them . They were exchanging their glaces in shock and surekha was placing her hand on her mouth, dramatically.

Manish was still in confusion"beta, u don't remember any thing? ANd now this man is your husband but how? what happened? Where were you since your divorce with vihaan ?", Manish questions.

"I don't know anything, but please save my puchku first ", abhira cries. Just then doctor arrived and ordered all of them to leave the room and he started to tend rajveer's wounds.

Abhira was standing helpless out of the room, still clutching the baby boy in her arms, her eyes never leaving from rajveer was doctor is trying to stop rajveer's bleeding.

"Puchku, I'm getting scared, please come back to me", abhira sobbed and Manish was not able to bear abhira's condition.

Baby boy started to cry and Abhira was trying to stop his cries but he didn't.

"Please can you give a glass of milk to this baby boy. He is crying for milk from many hours", Abhira pleased to Swarna.

Swarna nooded and went into kitchen to bring the milk for baby. After sometime Swarna returned and took that baby boy from her hands and started to feed that boy, as abhira was looking weak and fragile.

Manish insisted Abhira to take rest but she denied

"I will not take rest till my puchku open his eyes", abhira firmly said.

Seeing Abhira's behaviour and her child like voice, Manish estimated that Abhira is now may be mentally a child.

Just then doctor came out and said.

"He is out of danger now. The wounds were not deep. But he should take bed rest for atleast one week and he will get concious soon but give him medicines , which I have written, on time and he needs to avoid stress and physical activities for one week. Only a one person can with him for this night. It's better if you all didn't disturb him", that doctor said.

This made abhira to feel a bunch of relief and happy tears streaming down her face and her breath got controlled.

"Thank you so much doctor uncle", abhira happy Said to that doctor and was shaking his hands in happiness.

And without waiting a second, abhira went into room and knelt beside rajveer on the bed , who was heavily bandaged.

Manshi was also feeling happy after listening doctors words.

Abhira kissed rajveer on his cheek and gently ruffled his hair and whispered "puchku, you are safe now . I told naa , I will never let anything happens to you . But please open you eyes fastly, we are in a strangers home, here one uncle is saying that he is my great grandfather.", abhira whispered near rajveer's ear .

And she tightly clutched rajveer's hand, like if she leave his hand now, rajveer may disappear forever.

As manish was entering into room, just then Swarna grabbed his shoulder and took him aside.

"What is happening, Manish ji? Why abhira is behaving like a child and when did she married to new man? How and where did you met her and this man?", Swarna asked to Manish firmly,her eyes red due to anger and shock.

Then Manish explained the whole scene which happened few hours ago .

"Hayye rabba! It means that Abhira did second marriage and have a baby with him . I think abhira husband may be a Mafia king or a police man ", surekha dramatically Said.

"Why do you think so?", surekha and Manish asked

"Thia man is attacked and in these days only a mafia man and police getting attacked much, and my sixth sense is saying that he is definitely is either police officer or a Mafia man ", she said confidently, holding the baby boy who was sleeping peacefully after drinking milk.

"You just shut your mouth. you and Swarna don't try to send abhira and her husband out of this house in this situation. Now I got my granddaughter and i will never let go away from me . Arrange everything for her and her husband and baby. It's better to keep baby with us this night. Doctor said not to disturb abhira's husband and abhira is aLSO gone through many hurdles, let them rest together and you guys don't create a drama again tommorow when Abhira husband got concious. My happiness got doubled now , I got my granddaughter and her baby boy too . I will spend the all time with this baby, which I had missed with abhira. ", Manish said firmly but his tone smooth.

He thinks that , that baby boy is abhira's and rajveer's child.

He took that baby boy with him in his room and Swarna helplessly followed him

On eth other side, abhira was gentle hugging rajveer' and laying her leg on him , without touching his wounds.

* At morning*

As sun rays came in, from the window. They reflected on rajveer's face , which made him to stir hai eyes.

He remembered the scene in which he got stabbed and spending time with Abhira and his promise given to abhira , and he suddenly opened his eyes and his body jerked, and a sharp pain radiated from his stab wound on his stomach.

"Auchh!", rajveer winced in pain .

But his eyes went on abhira who was hugging rajveer' carefully and laying her leg on his . He felt a pang of relief by seeing abhira safe and beside him. He smiled seeing abhira.

"She is laying her leg on me , now too", rajveer said to himself and laughed.

But he got shocked by seeing himself and abhira in strangers house. He didn't remember anything after his car getting hit by Manish car.

"Abhira, bacha! Please wake up ", rajveer slowly whispered near abhira.

Abhira stirred and fastly opened her eyes after listening rajveer's voice. Her happiness and excitement was immeasurable when she saw rajveer, safe and his happy face .

Abhira got up and suddenly hugged Rajveer tightly and started to cry in happiness.

"Pucku, you are ok now . I know that you will never leave me alone. But I got scared puchku when you closed your eyes. Please don't ever try to leave me like this and no more attacks and no more hurts ok! You just be with me. No more sleepy games ", abhira said her voice trembling, hugging rajveer tightly and rajveer too hugged her .

Bith were tightly embracing eachother and finding solance in eachother's hug.

"I will never leave you abhira. I promised you naa. How can I leave my cutest wife alone.I promise that This will never repeat again ok?", rajveer said , despite of his pain

Rajveer broke their hug and cupped abhira's face , wet with her tears and her eyes red and swollen due to cries. He gently whipped her tears and kissed on her forehead and he smiled. And suddenly he screams lightly, due to pain in his stomach and he clutched his stomach, making Abhira tensed

"Pucku is it still paining. Wait I will get your medicines. Doctor uncle said you should take bed rest for one week and I will not let you to do anything now . Just take rest ", abhira gently said but her voice firm and tried to get rajveer's medicines but rajveer grabbed her hand and stopped her.

"Abhira, where are we now? Who brought me here? Who saved my life? Where is that baby boy?", rajveer asked to Abhira.

"A uncle brought you here. He called doctor and arranged your treatment here. That baby is sleeping with him and his wife in other room. He is saying that he is my grandfather", abhira said.

" grandfather? ", rajveer exclaimed and started to think.

Just then Manish entered into room.

"Finally you woke up beta. Abhira cried continuously for you . How are you feeling now? ", Manish gently asked To rajveer , with concern and he got relief by seeing rajveer awake.
